Returns must be made within 5 days after purchase and you must provide the original sale's receipt.
Electrical parts are tested before being sold. Therefore, electrical parts cannot be returned.
Special order parts are non-refundable.
The Auto Works does not sell test parts. If you order a part and later realize that you don't need it, consider your purchased part a spare.
If an exchange part is not available, you will be offered store credit. Cash refunds are not offered.
There is a 25% restocking fee applied to all returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
